Gerrard White have been instructed to find two new Sales Assistants for prestige company; G Collins and Sons.
G Collins and Sons are a globally recognised Jewellers, being the Queen's personal jeweller, and being one of Europe's largest distributors or Patek Philippe time pieces.
This is a Sales Assistant role, which would suit two ambitious individuals who are keen to progress their career. Full training will be provided.
The Sales Assistant will offer the following background/skill set:
- Have strong customer service skills - ideally gained within a customer-facing position
- Be articulate and well presented
- Willing to learn
- Be able to multitask and prioritise work load
- Be a keen team player
- Demonstrate good IT skills
- Have a strong work ethic
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for duties such as (but not limited to):
- Stock control
- Sales and aftersales
- Placing orders and managing purchases
- Updating clients on their products/purchases
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
- Upselling and cross-selling of services and products
- Assiting the Owner of the business with client care#
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Ad hoc duties
