Location: Tunbridge Wells/London
Hybrid Working
Hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm

As an expert in recruiting top talent to fill management and senior level positions or senior interims with clients, you will now be ready to join a business that will invest in you to build a market leading search practice aligned to your values.

Gerrard White is a leading recruitment agency specialising in executive search across various industries. We are looking for an experienced Executive Search Practice Manager to join our team and lead our executive search practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team of executive search consultants and delivering high-quality executive search assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the executive search practice, including recruitment, training, and development of a team of consultants.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the executive search practice and achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering high-quality executive search assignments.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, build trust and credibility, and provide exceptional service.
  • Lead by example in terms of best practice, providing coaching and mentoring to the team of consultants.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of executive search assignments, proactively seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Ensure that all executive search assignments are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest standard.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial briefings with clients to offer management and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a team of executive search consultants.
  • Demonstrable track record in delivering high-quality executive search assignments.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
  • Experience in a relevant industry sector would be advantageous.
