A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a well-established Legal 500 firm renowned for its supportive culture, excellent reputation, and commitment to professional development.You’ll be joining a close-knit, friendly team consisting of two fee earners and two secretaries, reporting directly to a highly experienced and well-established Head of Department. The department is busy and successful, handling a broad range of privately funded family matters.
The Role: As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes and pre-/post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse and injunction applications
- Supporting clients with empathy, professionalism, and practical advice throughout their case
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to the team’s continued success and growth
- Participate in networking and business development activities as required
- Work collaboratively within a supportive environment that values both professional and personal well-being
- A strong background or seat in family law (private work preferred)
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to manage your own caseload efficiently
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
