Job description
Gerrard White is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner for a 6 month contract role Inside IR35 working a hybrid model between remote and London to provide strategic finance support.Suitable candidates must be available immediately as this is an urgent requirement.
Key tasks:
- Act as a strategic advisor to business units, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Work closely with non-financial stakeholders to enhance financial awareness and performance.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency within financial operations.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Any experience in the insurance sector would be highly beneficial.
