HR Administrator / Junior Office Support

Job description

An opening for an HR Administrator / Junior Admin Support to join a thriving and well respected London Law firm. The successful candidate will be supporting the HR team with admin duties and will be integral to the department. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for a junior member of staff to establish a good foundation in a range of essential office skills.

The successful candidate will:
- Undertake a range of admin tasks for the HR team
- Liaise between various members of the HR department who are based in different locations & remotely
- Be a first line of support and be the initial point of contact for questions, directing people to the relevant person
- Support with covering reception and sorting the post when reception staff are on holiday or off sick

The successful candidate will:
- Be a good team player
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have solid IT skills
- Be able to work independently
- Be flexible and happy to support the business needs
- Prior knowledge of HR is desirable but not necessary

The successful candidate will be met with a competitive salary and remuneration package. The position is full time based within a central London office.
