HR Data Analyst
Urgent Role requiring Immediate Start
Off site and on site working in either Chesterfield or Peterborough, you will need to be easily accessible to one of these offices for meetings etc.

Gerrard White is urgently seeking an HR Data Analyst on a contract basis Outside IR35 to assist with the further development of the governance framework, strategy and vision for HR data during a period of transition.
The deliverable of the will be to establish, refine and build credible HR data and complex reporting in a user-friendly format for stakeholders taking consideration of data across different group entities with a project aim to ensure the HR team has one true source for information and the ability to secure meaningful insights to the business.

This will include:

  • Maintenance and development of strategy for employee data
  • Produce credible evidence based analytics
  • Ensure that HR data provision is fit for purpose
  • Problem solving and acting as an expert to the business stakeholders

Suitable contractors will have previous experience within an HR data analytics and interpretation role including Excel Skills and to present complex data, simply as well as manipulate and analyse large data sets. This should be combined with experience of working within an HR shared service model.

Suitable candidates will also be available for an immediate start as this is an urgent role.
