IT Business Analyst - Permanent - Hybrid Working - 3 Days in Office - £50,000 - £55,000
Gerrard White are looking for an IT Business Analyst to work with our client. This will be a busy role providing support to employees of the firm.
What will the role entail for the successful IT Business Analyst?
You will participate in all areas of a project's development - management, analysis, change management and implementation.
Liaising with third-party suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, and to budget.
To provide day-to-day project support on a range of IT initiatives that are being deployed across the firm.
This will include:
Daily management of a number of projects
Analysis of working practices and recommendation of systems implementation.
Change management during the deployment of the individual projects
Implementation support.
Working across all departments to ensure that the individual groups receive the project support they require.
Management of third-party project resources/suppliers as and when required.
Keep abreast of developments in relation to key technologies.
What are the requirements for the successful IT Business Analyst?
4+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst - essential
Travel to Colchester 2 days a week and Chelmsford 1 day a week - essential
Experience working in professional services or legal environment - essential
ITIL Certification - desirable
Capability to work to the highest standards, documenting and sharing relevant knowledge with colleagues.
Ability to build rapport and liaise effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Have a general understanding of Microsoft-based technologies, principles of Client Relationship Management, Document Management, and Case Management Systems.
