Lead Radar Developer / Pricing Implementation Analyst

£55,000 - £72,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This is a great opportunity for a Lead Pricing Implementation Analyst, highly experienced using Radar to join the team. As the Lead Implementation Analyst / Lead Radar Developer, you'll play a crucial role in managing and deploying pricing models and underwriting rules across risk and retail pricing, contributing significantly to strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, validate, review, and promote Radar Live models for Risk and Market Pricing.
• Integrate models ahead of deployment and manage XML changes within the model.
• Build and deploy quote manipulation rules.
• Manage Radar defects arising from other areas of business.
• Ensure accuracy of rates and rules on internal systems and third-party SWH.
• Mentor and develop more junior Implementation Analysts.
• Drive innovation and process improvement within the team.
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to align on product objectives.

Skills and Experience:

• Educated to A-level or equivalent with a background in numerical disciplines.
• Experience in insurance pricing, underwriting, or product writing.
• Proficiency in Radar and Radar Live.
• Ability to devise solutions to business problems.
• Understanding of messaging structures and Software House interactions.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent initiative and energy.
