Legal Secretary

Job description


We are seeking an experienced legal secretary to join a highly regarded law firm in Cobham in their Trusts and Estates department. The successful legal secretary will join a busy and thriving, friendly team in a firm who have an established HNW client base.
The successful Legal secretary will:

  • Excellent secretarial and administrative skills
  • Be hands on
  • Good Typing skills
  • Assist with receptionist duties, including meeting and greeting clients, taking calls, arranging meeting room bookings.


The successful candidate must

  • Have prior experience working as a legal secretary within a Private Client practice area
  • Have attention to detail
  • Be a proficient typist
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be well organised
  • Friendly
