We are seeking an experienced legal secretary to join a highly regarded law firm in Cobham in their Trusts and Estates department. The successful legal secretary will join a busy and thriving, friendly team in a firm who have an established HNW client base.
The successful Legal secretary will:
- Excellent secretarial and administrative skills
- Be hands on
- Good Typing skills
- Assist with receptionist duties, including meeting and greeting clients, taking calls, arranging meeting room bookings.
The successful candidate must
- Have prior experience working as a legal secretary within a Private Client practice area
- Have attention to detail
- Be a proficient typist
- Have strong IT skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be well organised
- Friendly
