Legal Secretary Conveyancing

Job description


We are seeking a Legal Secretary for the residential property team of a growing law firm based in Basingstoke. This firm are going through an exciting period of growth, and this is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a dynamic and fun team.
The ideal candidate would be someone with prior experience as a legal secretary in residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will be working with a highly regarded law firm, looking to establish themselves as the leading firm in their region.
The successful candidate will be:

  • Working in a team of 16 staff including partners, fee earners and other support staff
  • Typing
  • Taking messages
  • Filing
  • Using a case management system - full training will be provided
  • Liaising with clients, and third parties.


The successful candidate will:

  • Have strong IT skills
  • Be organised
  • Be helpful
  • Be a team player
  • Be a friendly and positive person
