Lettings Negotiator

Job description

A high-end luxurious Tunbridge Wells-based property management company are searching for a lettings negotiator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Head of Lettings.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide information to potential tenants.
  • Prepare pre-tenancy paperwork.
  • Co-ordination of appointments.
  • Liaising with Landlords, Tenants, and applicants.
  • Carry out ad-hoc viewings and routine visits as and when required.

Experience and Skills required:

  • ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communicator both written and verbally.
  • A full UK driving license.
