A high-end luxurious Tunbridge Wells-based property management company are searching for a lettings negotiator to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Head of Lettings.
- Conduct property viewings and provide information to potential tenants.
- Prepare pre-tenancy paperwork.
- Co-ordination of appointments.
- Liaising with Landlords, Tenants, and applicants.
- Carry out ad-hoc viewings and routine visits as and when required.
Experience and Skills required:
- ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communicator both written and verbally.
- A full UK driving license.
