Maintenance Operative

£29,000 + van, tools & benefits
Full-time | Permanent
We’re looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled technician to join our busy property services team. You’ll work on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial sites across the North, handling maintenance and small construction tasks.
What you’ll do:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance (carpentry, basic electrics, painting & more)

• Support small projects and site setups

• Communicate with site teams and tenants

• Follow health & safety rules and keep accurate job records

What you’ll need:

• Experience in building maintenance

• Skills in carpentry, electrics, painting/decorating

• Positive attitude, good communication, and full UK driving licence
