Practice Management System & Applications Administrator We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Legal 500 firm known for its genuinely friendly, supportive culture and excellent staff retention. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that truly values its people.They are seeking a Practice Management System & Applications Administrator to take ownership of their PMS and support wider business systems projects.
The Role: Reporting to the Managing Partner/IT Partner, this stand-alone role will see you working closely with users across the firm, as well as outsourced PMS and IT providers.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development and improvement of the Practice Management System, alongside supporting the implementation of new applications and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities: Practice Management System (PMS)
- Provide training on the PMS and associated applications
- Manage day-to-day system support alongside outsourced providers
- Oversee user administration, system updates and document coding
- Manage PMS upgrades, testing and implementation
- Improve workflows, reporting and system functionality
- Drive best practice and continuous improvement
- Gather user requirements for new applications
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and outsourced IT
- Manage testing and deployment of new systems
- Support firm-wide IT and business change projects
About You:
- Experience working with a Practice Management System in an operational setting
- Proven ability to improve system functionality and user efficiency
- Project management experience including implementation and testing
- Confident liaising with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable
