Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence | Up to £65,000 | Kent (Hybrid Working Available)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a thriving, partner-led team within a reputable Legal 500 firm. This role offers exposure to high-quality, varied work, as well as the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing department.

The Role:
You’ll take on a caseload of both personal injury and clinical negligence matters, delivering expert advice and outstanding service to your clients. The role includes:

• Managing a range of PI and clinical negligence claims, including those resulting from medical negligence

• Taking client instructions and advising on case strategy and progress

• Drafting documents and maintaining accurate, well-organised files

• Handling client queries in a responsive, professional manner

• Supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

About You:

• A qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence

• Personable and professional, with strong technical skills and attention to detail

• A client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

• Team player with a collaborative, flexible approach

• Commercially aware and keen to contribute to the continued success of the department

Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience - potentially with some flexibility for the right candidate)
