Policy and Governance Framework Co-ordinatorLocation: Hybrid to Manchester
We are looking for a Policy and Governance Framework Co-ordinator, who will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of our clients governance documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and enhance the governance document library, including policies, procedures, Terms of Reference, and templates.
- Coordinate review cycles, ensuring all documents are up to date and approved versions are consistently applied.
- Oversee version control, naming conventions, and stakeholder engagement to uphold best practices.
- Support the ongoing evolution of the governance framework, ensuring it remains robust, reliable, and fit for purpose.
- Collaborate across departments and entities to promote good governance and strong compliance culture.
- Experience in governance, risk, or compliance, with a strong understanding of policy frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Proven experience managing document libraries and maintaining version control.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and influencing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and proficiency with document management systems (e.g. SharePoint).
- Commitment to fairness, integrity, and delivering good customer outcomes.
