A highly respected Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal.The successful Private Client Paralegal will join a fun and vibrant team who have an outstanding reputation, high quality work and excellent training/progression opportunities. You will enjoy variety within your role in this diverse firm. Supporting an experienced Solicitor with this case load as well as managing your own small case load (under supervision) to include:
- Wills
- Trust
- Probate
- Tax and estate planning
- At least 6 months experience gained as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, working in Private Client law
- An understanding of Wills, trust and probate
- Be highly organised
- Able to work under pressure
- Offer superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Be IT literate
