Contract Project Manager (M&A Business Change Transformation)Outside IR35
Duration: 6 Months
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering the relocation of operations as part of a broader M&A integration programme. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, HR, and Compliance, you will ensure business continuity while driving efficiencies and embedding change effectively.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE OF BUSINESS CHANGE TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES AS PART OF LARGER M&A ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE INSURANCE / FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for operations ensuring alignment with M&A objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, risks, budgets, and timelines.
- Act as the bridge between operational teams and leadership, ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption to service.
- Manage business change activities including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements are fully met throughout the transition.
- Provide clear reporting and governance updates to executive stakeholders.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager within M&A / integration / business relocation programmes.
- Strong background in business change and operational transformation.
- Experience in claims operations, insurance, or financial services is essential
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in complex, regulated environments with competing priorities.
