Property Lawyer
A well-established high-street law firm has an excellent opening for a Residential Property Lawyer to join their highly reputable and specialist property team. This firm is based in the heart of the East Sussex countryside and prides itself on their bespoke client services.
You will be joining a modern firm with a relaxed and open plan office. You will also be joining a hardworking and ambitious team of legal professionals with a close-knit and supportive culture.
This firm has a well-established client base, including private individuals, investors, landlords and developers. They are committed to delivering tailored solutions and building lasting client relationships.
About you:
- Extensive experience within conveyancing law (able to handle your own mixed caseload).
- Experience in dealing with Sales and Purchases of Leasehold/Freehold properties
- Experience of New Mortgages, Transfers of Equity and New Builds
You will be supported by a Legal Assistant and will have ongoing development and progression opportunities.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience.
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch).
Location: Heathfield, East Sussex.
