We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (2+PQE) to join a highly regarded law firm in Surrey in their Residential Property Team. The successful Solicitor will join a busy and thriving, friendly team in a firm who have an established HNW client base.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will have a busy caseload of good quality work:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Be experienced in Business Development and networking
The successful candidate must
- Have a minimum of two years' experience working in Residential Property
- Have attention to detail
- Excellent client care skills
- Be a collaborative worker
- Have strong IT skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a positive and friendly individual
- Work to a high standard
- Have an interest in Business Development to support the firms continued growth.
