Sales Manager
A long and well-established Estate Agency is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their busy and successful team in the heart of Sandwich.
My client is a partnership of Chartered Surveyors (specialising in agricultural management), Estate Agency (residential sales and lettings) and commercial property and planning services. They have 3 offices in total.
They offer professional estate agency and property consultancy services that help their clients make the most of their homes, land and property.
With more than 150 years of working with clients throughout Kent, they are regional experts in sales and lettings with particular expertise in town, country, and village properties.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager who can manage the team and continue to grow the business.
You will be joining a small, tight-knit, and successful team, so you will need to enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working at Valuer / Branch / Sales Manager level OR Senior Sales Negotiator with strong valuation & leadership experience
- Successfully Lead a team and Branch
- Be confident in Managing staff
- Be a proactive individual
- Be target driven
- Be able to increase Business Level
Essential skills
- Previous experience in Estate Agency is essential
- Proven track record in Valuing with a very good conversion rate
- Increasing market share
- Managing Sales Negotiators
- Full Driving License
In return you will receive:
- A competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
- Realistic OTE of £40,000-£45,000
- Car allowance (will be incorporated into the overall package)
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- Every other Saturday 9am - 1pm (you will receive a half a day off in lieu).
