My client is seeking an AV Technical Manager to lead the charge in delivering exceptional AV services and technical support to their global clientele. Looking for a candidate to provide high level AV services, technical support, and technical management of clients AV sites. This role will be working with senior management teams to deliver real time AV services and incident management.

What You'll Do:

  • Master of AV: Lead the charge in managing my clients onsite AV systems, ensuring seamless operations and exceeding SLAs at every turn.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Be the go-to guru for resolving escalated L2 issues, working hand-in-hand with the talented Engineering team to conquer any challenge.
  • Global Connections: Forge strong partnerships with my clients global IT/UC/AV counterparts, ensuring smooth collaboration and superior service delivery.
  • Knowledge Sharer: Share your expertise through comprehensive 'best-practice' training sessions, empowering the team to deliver excellence every step of the way.
  • Tech Trailblazer: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting and documenting firmware and software updates, ensuring AV equipment remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Operational Maestro: Keep AV-enabled meeting rooms and environments operating at peak performance, ensuring every experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Tech Savvy: Dive deep into the world of audio and video signal processing standards and protocols, bringing your expertise to the table in Crestron environments and beyond.
  • Communication Champion: From conveying complex technical details to keeping calm under pressure, your superior communication skills are second to none.
  • Organizational Wizard: Juggle multiple tasks with ease, staying organized and focused on delivering results even in the face of tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification Champion: Hold certifications such as Avixa CTS and Cisco CCNA Video, ITIL
  • Tech Toolbox: Whether it's digital audio mixers, lighting control, or vision mixing, your expertise knows no bounds.
  • 3+ years industry experience in fields relating to technical management of AV environments
  • 3+ years technical fault-finding experience, preferably demonstrated through a service desk or field service environment
  • QSYS experience
  • Experience working in a Crestron environment
