A respected and long-established law firm with a reputation for high-quality client service is seeking Paralegals to join their busy Property and Private Client departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated legal professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment, with genuine prospects for further development, including Training Contract or SQE/QWE pathways.
Please note, candidates must have a good academic background (including completion of the LPC/LLM/SQE prep course) and be within a 40 minute commute of Richmond.
The Roles:
You will be supporting a high-performing team of lawyers on a range of matters in either the Private Client or Property/Real Estate practice area. These roles require strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client care and case management. This is an ideal opportunity for a Paralegal keen to build a solid foundation within a specialist legal team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients via phone and email, ensuring a professional and prompt service
- Assisting with onboarding new clients, file opening and AML compliance
- Drafting legal documentation, correspondence and forms
- Supporting fee earners with research and case preparation
- Liaising with third parties, institutions, and professional bodies as required
- General administrative duties, ensuring all work is accurate and well-presented
- Completion of LLM/LPC essential
- Previous experience in a Private Client or Property/Real Estate Paralegal role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with legal case/document management systems desirable
- A collaborative and self-motivated team player, with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Within 40-minute commute of Richmond
