You'll be working on an exciting new project-a cutting-edge self-service cloud platform for global workforce management-where your ideas and skills will shape the future of this industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business structures and processes to help shape company objectives
- Prepare documentation and groom the backlog with a clear understanding of business needs
- Break down complex business requirements and create user stories
- Define detailed acceptance criteria and ensure all unique scenarios are accounted for
- Partner with product owners to optimise current business models
- Conduct periodic acceptance checks and review process improvements
- Support design and creative teams in implementing innovative solutions
What We're Looking For
- Some proven experience in an Agile Business Analyst role
- Excellent research and analytic skills, with attention to detail
- Some knowledge of data modelling and business management principles
- Ability to turn complex concepts into simple, actionable steps
- Deadline-driven and skilled at prioritising tasks effectively
