This is a brand-new role, perfect for a confident, friendly, and approachable lawyer with an excellent track record of delivering for clients. The firm have a very down to earth approach to law, client focused and working culture of 'non-interference', letting you get on with the important day to day needs of clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer). Super experienced candidates without legal qualifications could also be a consideration.
- Skills: Strong people skills, team player, organised, good time management, IT savvy, at ease under pressure (well, it is conveyancing!), keen eye for detail.
- Client Care: Excellent standards and great communication skills.
- Billing: A history of strong billing.
- Growth: A desire and ability to help grow the property department.
