The Role:
You will be joining the International Corporate Group that offers a full range of specialist services including M&A (both public and private), equity capital markets, private equity & venture capital and joint ventures.
The team work for a range of clients from technology focused start-ups to established multinational blue chips, on an array of domestic and international transactions.
About You:
You will be 3-7 PQE with broad corporate experience but with a slight focus towards private M&A work. You'll be able to highlight your experience of leading on corporate transactions.
This role would be suited to someone working at a Magic/Silver Circle firm, looking to maintain a quality caseload but get a better work-life balance or those at smaller, top 100 law firms, looking to make the move to an international practice.
