Corporate Commercial Paralegal

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm firm, based in Eastbourne. This is a long-standing and well-established firm with an exceptional reputation.

This firm are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and produce great quality, city work.

The successful Corporate Commercial paralegal will be working closely with an individually recognised solicitor, surrounded by a supportive team of experts.

This role will encompass a range of work, including:

  • Private equity
  • Bank finance
  • Corporate re-structuring
  • Joint ventures
  • Shareholders' agreements
  • Agency and distribution agreements
  • IT licensing, support and maintenance agreements


Requirements/Experience:

  • At least 6 months experience in a commercially-focused environment.
  • Good academic background
  • Strong communication skills
  • Genuine interest in this area of law
  • Confident and enthusiastic


The successful candidate will receive great training and development and will have great progression paths available.

Job type: Full-time

Location: Eastbourne

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
