Property Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a solicitor / legal executive to join an award-winning firm in the beautiful city of Bristol. This role can be based out of two office locations, both of which are close to Bristol city center.
As a result of their continued growth and increase in workload, this firm are looking to expand their Litigation department and is seeking a hardworking, driven, and ambitious individual to join the team.

This role will be working closely with the Head of Department to carve a niche in property litigation but also carry an interesting mix of civil and commercial litigation instructions.
This firm is seeking a candidate who is NQ - 5 years' PQE. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' PQE in property and general litigation matters, or at least a strong training seat in this area.
Key responsibilities will include advising on or assisting with:
- Landlord and Tenant disputes;
- Contested Lease renewals;
- Management company disputes;
- Rent Review and repairing obligations disputes;
- Landlord and Tenant Act disputes;
- Civil and commercial disputes;
- Debt recovery;
- Support to the corporate, commercial and property departments.
The successful candidate should be able to manage an active caseload and enjoy a client facing role.
You will take on an existing caseload of property litigation matters in addition to new property litigation instructions and will be supported in growing this area further with the firm.
Alongside the property litigation work, there will be other civil and commercial litigation matters from their existing client base.
The successful candidate will receive 1-1 supervision with a senior solicitor alongside secretarial support.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (in line with experience)
