With offices in London, Leeds and Birmingham, they provide comprehensive legal services across England and Wales, serving a diverse client base including private companies, developers, local authorities, funders, and many charities and housing associations.

Real Estate is a core part of the business, especially real estate development. Their Post-Exchange Team, consisting of over 15 dedicated partners, handles a broad range of property transactions from exchange to completion and registration, ensuring a seamless process for their clients.

This firm are seeking a dedicated Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join the Post-Exchange Team. You will play a key role in supervising and developing the team, enhancing processes, and ensuring efficient handling of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations, manage work flows, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Oversee and train paralegals and trainees, maintaining high service standards.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide progress reports.
  • Review and improve post-exchange processes.
  • Manage completions, prepare and approve documents, and handle Land Registry requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with LEXCEL standards.


  • Strong academic background with a 2:1 degree.
  • Minimum two years' PQE as a solicitor, CILEx Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Experience in land contracts and volume transactions.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to supervise a team.
  • Client-focused with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
