A well respected traditional law firm are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy office near Epsom. With extensive administrative/secretarial support, you will be able to focus on delivering exceptional levels of client care, and focus on doing what you trained to do - give legal advice!The firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancer who offers the following skill set/background:
- Be qualified - either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, with at least 5 years fee earning experience
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, transfer of equity, remortgage, (not essential) plot sales/new build
- Interest in business development/networking/marketing
- Be highly personable
- Able to maintain strong professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen team player
You will be supported by Secretaries and Paralegal support, working closely with other highly respected Fee Earners.
