Residential Property Solicitor / Licenced Conveyancer / Legal Executive
An exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a well established and thriving firm in the beautiful district of Thanet.
They have a strong reputation and have been practicing and providing professional advice for decades across the Kent region.
Due to their success and growth, they are now looking to add to their team, and are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to work closely alongside the existing team. They are open to all levels of PQE, as training and development can be provided.
The success full candidate will deal with a full varied caseload of residential property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Transfers of Equity.
- Remortgages.
- Stamp Duty procedures.
- Search Reports.
- Title checking.
- Deeds of surrender.
- Refinancing.
Role Requirements:
- Working knowledge of residential property.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise work loads.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional in manner at all times.
- Good customer service skills.

They can offer a generous salary of £30,000 - £65,000 (in line with previous experience).
