Sales Consultant

Gerrard White Consulting are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join G Collins and Sons in their Tunbridge Wells show room.

G. Collins & Sons are a family-owned business based in Tunbridge Wells. They are a well-respected Jewellers who are the personal Jewellers of the Royal Family and several high profile clients.

Due to expansion, they are now seeking a new Sales Consultant to join them on a full-time basis.

About the role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will work within their busy team, confidently managing customer's enquiries and sale of jewellery and timepieces.

You will handle customer queries in store and by telephone and email, ensuring that all customers receive a professional and refined experience.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, hard-working and a team player. Recent experience in a similar jewellery-based role and knowledge of Patek Philippe is desirable but not essential as training would be given.

To be part of a dynamic team, the successful candidate must uphold the company's high standards by developing an in-depth knowledge of our products and collections, as well as maintain an excellent presentation of themselves and of our jewellery and showroom.

  • An enthusiastic and positive personality.
  • Immaculate personal appearance.
  • Experience in luxury goods industry is desirable.

The team are closely knit with a "family feel", and staff turnover is exceptionally low. With regular training and development, this role will see growth opportunities within the business.

Working days: Tuesday - Saturday (8:00am - 6:00pm with a break for lunch).
