Job description
Currently representing an esteemed client seeking to onboard a SAP CRM Consultant for an initial 9-month contract, likely extendable. The position will be located in Brussels, operating under a hybrid model with two days in the office.
Role & Responsibilities
Incident handling, problem, and change management, including testing.
Developing functional specifications for offshore team, customizing SAP CRM.
Collaborating with Process Leads, key users for change requests and enhancements.
Ensuring solutions align with existing systems for user satisfaction.
Introducing best practices and technology trends for SAP CRM improvement.
Proactively enhancing support, training, and processes for SAP CRM.
Participating in projects involving SAP CRM changes.
Managing contact center activities, complaints, disputes, B2B processes.
Overseeing contract and master data management.
Managing interfaces with Legacy Applications via SAP PI, SAP CPI, SAP Bdocs, Idocs.
End-to-end responsibility for resolving incidents/requests.
Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in customizing and maintaining SAP CRM modules, including CRM web UI, SAP OData, Fiori Design, Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
Proficiency in Middleware/Integration with SAP PI, SAP CPI, and SAP ECC.
ABAP understanding for debugging, strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with SAP MSL, interfaces to other SAP systems.
Ability to analyse requirements, create specifications, and implement solutions.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English; strong communication skills.
