Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Manager
A well-established, independently owned, Estate and Lettings Agency are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Manager who is passionate about achieving great results and providing excellent customer service. This role will be based in Tonbridge, Kent.
This role requires a highly organised individual with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a knowledge of lettings legislation and an understanding of the local market.
This is an opportunity for someone with property negotiation expertise to hit the ground running and grow the business further in a dynamic office.
Aside from a strong work ethic and a positive mind set, we are looking for someone with a proven track record of achieving.
Responsibilities:
- Must be a competent lettings valuer and a strong instruction winner to help build market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and landlords.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct viewings.
- Negotiate and create tenancy agreements using the software
- Book and check certification is in place.
- Monitor Referencing, Right to Right etc
- Provide advice on the local property market.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities.
- Keep up to date with the latest legislation and regulations.
- Enthusiasm and confidence in their ability
- Must have excellent sales skills to be able to demonstrate high performance
