We are currently seeking a talented and experienced SuccessFactors Delivery Manager to join our team. As a leading implementation partner for SuccessFactors, we are seeking a driven individual who can lead successful implementations across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations and can manage a team to ensure delivery is on time, to budget and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of multiple SuccessFactors implementations across a range of modules including Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, and Recruiting.
• Work with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and requirements and develop implementation plans to meet those needs.
• Lead a team of SuccessFactors consultants to deliver projects to the highest quality and standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget, managing project scope and risk.
• Manage client relationships and act as a point of escalation for any issues that may arise.
• Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities and to build strong relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations across multiple modules.
• Experience managing and leading teams of SuccessFactors consultants.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively with them to achieve their objectives.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
