Job description
This important and exciting role will primarily be responsible for the day to day talent attraction guidance and support the the senior managers of a large financial services company. You will evolve the business and its continued growth through various activities such as Assessment Centres, Interview training, job descripotiong reviews, competitor analysis and other strategic recruitment related conversations whilst driving successful recruitment campaigns via the sourcing hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate experience management
- Management of internal and external applications through client website (with support from TA coordinators)
- Advertise and promoting roles using available methods where necessary
- Candidate feedback, rejection or offer
- Keeping internal data sources up to date
- Design and Facilitation of assessment centres
- Interview Support for Client
- Strategic level hiring planning with Managers
- Support the Delivery Specialists as required
- Assist the Client Services Director with any talent projects or market research requested by the client
Role requirements:
- Experience of candidate management at a senior level
- 3 Years+ in a client facing role
- Experience conducting interviews and assessment centres on site with the client
- Excellent Customer Service skills and appreciation
- Strong communication skills and can build rapport on multiple levels
