Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking to join a dynamic team in a hybrid working environment? I'm seeking a proactive and skilled individual to be the right-hand support to the Senior Management Team of a large, multi-brand insurance group. You will be working closely with Key Managers in the Distribution team.

Role Overview:

As the Divisional Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising the SMT's time by providing comprehensive administrative support. You'll be the linchpin ensuring the smooth functioning of our key distribution sites, located in Peterborough, Sunderland, Portsmouth, or Manchester.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate both internal and external meeting logistics, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Capture meeting minutes accurately and distribute them promptly, fostering transparent communication.
  • Utilise your prowess in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to craft high-quality documents, while maintaining the utmost discretion in technical project work.
  • Be the maestro of travel arrangements, from booking hotels to restaurants, making every journey a breeze.
  • Manage internal and external written communications, paying heed to accuracy and deadlines.
  • Update and maintain information databases, keeping them structured and organised.
  • Flexibility is key! You'll support various areas within the Distribution Division, showcasing adaptability.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Your 'can-do' attitude and flexibility will make you a valuable asset, willing to go the extra mile when needed.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools, with stellar typing skills and an eagle eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to interact confidently with senior management.
  • Experience in data analytics and report generation
  • You're a multitasking wizard, adept at minute-taking, organising workloads, influencing, negotiating, and planning events.
  • Your strong administrative skills and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times make you a trustworthy ally to the SMT.
