Insurance Business Change Project Manager

A new and exciting opportunity for an Insurance Business Change Project Manager to join a large insurance broking group working on various projects within a major Retail Transition Programme.

We are looking for an engaged and organised Project Manager who has experience within insurance business change, either within a broking, general insurance, London market organisation or software house environment.

What will the role entail for the successful Project Manager?

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and in budget

  • Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders

  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools

  • Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility

What are the requirements for the successful Project Manager?

  • Demonstrable experience gained in previous project management roles - 4+ years

  • A background in insurance business change projects

  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

  • Experience delivering projects through full project life cycle

What's on offer for the successful Project Manager?

  • Flexible working with 1 day a week in the central London office
