Are you a confident, customer-focused professional looking for your next challenge in motor claims? We’re expanding our team and are looking for Intervention Capture Handlers who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

About the Role
As an Intervention Capture Handler, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding non-fault claimants through their claim journey. From assessing vehicle damage to identifying mobility needs, you’ll ensure our customers receive the right outcome quickly and efficiently. This is a dynamic role requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to balance customer service with commercial decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively triage intervention leads and identify claims suitable for our intervention scheme.
  • Contact non-fault claimants to understand their vehicle damage and mobility needs.
  • Determine the best route of settlement, balancing customer needs, costs, and vehicle downtime.
  • Handle alternative outcomes if issues arise, including cash settlements for damage and mobility.
  • Accurately validate vehicle and identity documents, and raise payments to claimants.
  • Manage multiple workflows and maintain accurate records across internal and external systems.
  • Build strong relationships with claimants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Work to departmental SLAs and KPIs while supporting team goals in a collaborative environment.
  • Uphold company values and deliver high-quality service consistently.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in Motor Claims or TP Intervention is desirable, but full training will be provided.
  • Confident communicator with strong telephony and customer service skills.
  • Excellent negotiator with the ability to balance customer service and cost control.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Commercially aware, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Strong team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Demonstrates integrity, diligence, and a strong customer-first mindset.
