Junior Marketing & Business Development Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Marketing & Business Development Assistant to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in the heart of London.

This role offers the chance to combine creative design skills with marketing and business development support, making it an ideal position for someone looking to start or grow their career in a professional services environment.

The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s marketing and business development team, with a particular emphasis on design work. Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and updating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, event invitations, and social media graphics.

  • Assisting with the firm’s website, social media channels, and digital campaigns.

  • Supporting event organisation, including seminars, networking events, and client hospitality.

  • Maintaining and updating marketing databases and contact lists.

  • Providing administrative support to the wider Marketing & Business Development team.

The Candidate The firm is seeking someone with:

  • A genuine passion and interest for design 

  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong eye for branding and presentation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach and willingness to learn

 

This role would be well suited to a graduate, college leaver, or someone with early experience in marketing, design, or a related field. Previous experience within professional services or the legal sector is not required, but a strong desire to develop within a professional environment is essential.
