Position: Post Completions Assistant
Location: Central London (near Monument Station)
Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role
As a Post Completions Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing all post-completion matters. Your responsibilities will include submitting AP1s to the Land Registry, handling Land Registry requisitions, updating LMS and Lender Exchange Portals, and serving post-completion notices on Landlords/Managing Agents.

Key Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of residential property transactions
  • Hands-on experience with post-completion procedures
  • Familiarity with case management systems (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
