Pricing Manager – InsuranceLocation: Hybrid, once p/wk in Brentwood
Salary: Up to £75,000 p/a + Benefits
Type: Full-time
Lead a talented pricing team in a dynamic and customer-focused insurance environment. As Pricing Manager, you’ll drive the delivery of the pricing strategy, oversee governance, and ensure competitive, fair, and profitable pricing across a diverse portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and develop a team of pricing professionals.
- Lead pricing reviews, model governance, and improvement initiatives.
- Oversee pricing adequacy, performance metrics, and rating actions.
- Monitor market trends impacting pricing and underwriting.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
- Fully/part-qualified Actuary, or degree in Maths/Statistics with relevant experience.
- Strong background in insurance pricing, GLMs, and modelling techniques.
- Experience managing pricing and portfolio analysts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Influence pricing strategy at a senior level.
- Work on varied products in a collaborative environment.
