Salary: Up to £70,000
Location: Hybrid, Brentwood office once p/wk

Take the lead in optimising portfolio performance and driving commercial success. As Performance Manager, you’ll manage P&L outcomes, oversee governance, and deliver insights that shape strategy across a diverse insurance portfolio.
You will:
- Analyse and optimise performance by product and distribution channel.
- Lead forecasting, planning, and market trend monitoring.
- Build senior-level stakeholder relationships and manage governance committees.
- Drive actions to improve performance in line with strategic goals.
- Experience managing a P&L in personal or commercial lines.
- Strong portfolio/performance management expertise.
- Advanced analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
