Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid, but office-based 4 days per week)

The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Legal Division, you will play a key role in connecting top legal talent with leading law firms. Depending on experience, you may start as a Delivery Consultant (focusing on candidate generation) or move straight into a 360-degree role, managing both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing legal professionals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage.
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
  • Writing job adverts and managing recruitment campaigns.
  • Providing market insights and career advice to candidates.
  • Working towards and exceeding targets with the opportunity to earn excellent commission.
Who We Are Looking For:

  • A recent graduate (ideally with a law degree) looking to start a career in recruitment.
  • A legal professional considering a move into recruitment.
  • An experienced recruiter looking for a fresh challenge in the legal sector.
  • A sales/business development professional (e.g., estate agency, car sales, B2B sales) eager to transition into recruitment.
What We Offer:

  • Generous basic salary of £25,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience) plus uncapped commission structure.
