Our client is seeking a talented and commercially minded Commercial Real Estate lawyer to join their highly regarded London team Tier 1 ranked for Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years PQE and experience handling complex developments and regeneration projects.
About the Role:
- Work on a varied workload encompassing both development and investment transactions.
- Act for a range of clients, with a significant focus on developers.
- Opportunities to work on high-profile projects, from site assembly and development constraint analysis to rights of light, funding arrangements, pre-lets, planning conditionality, and overage.
- Experienced in commercial real estate, with a strong interest in development projects.
- Proactive, commercially astute, and capable of managing and supervising junior team members.
- Eager to expand their expertise and thrive in a supportive, high-quality working environment with close client contact.
- Exposure to high-profile, complex projects in London.
