Private Client Solicitor – CambridgeFull-time | Hybrid working | Competitive salary
Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their friendly Cambridge team. If you’re passionate about trusts, taxation, estate planning, and bespoke client advice, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Advise mid to high-net-worth clients on estate planning, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Administer taxable and non-taxable estates
- Prepare and manage trust documentation
- Advise executors and trustees on compliance, taxation, and reporting
- Support colleagues on complex matters and attend networking events
- 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
- Experience with self-assessment tax returns
- Strong knowledge of trusts, taxation, and lifetime planning
- STEP/SFE membership desirable
