After Sales Administrator
Gerrard White Consulting are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join G Collins & Sons in their Tunbridge Wells show room.
The successful After Sales Administrator will be responsible for the after sales process relating to Patek Philippe watches, time pieces and accessories. Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers and delivering exceptional customer service
- Receiving and logging Patek Philippe watches and time pieces, ready for servicing
- Customer liaison - updating customers throughout the servicing process, as well as diarising and advising customers on service schedule
- Diary management to arrange convenient times for return of the Patek Philippe watch or time piece to the customer.
- Identifying any future potential sales opportunities
- Managing stock levels including stock audits
- Providing after sales advice to customers relating to their Patek Philippe products.
The successful After Sales Administrator will demonstrate an exceptionally high level of customer service and high accuracy/attention to detail.
The successful After Sales Administrator will offer the following background/skill set:
- Ideally previous experience of working with high end jewellery/watches/time pieces/retail (knowledge of Patek Philippe is beneficial but not essential)
- Previous customer-facing experience within high end, luxury items - preferred
- Be highly organised
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ideally previous experience of delivering customer service to High Net Worth clients
- A genuine interest in high end watches/time pieces
- Well presented
- IT literacy
- Be a keen team player
The successful After Sales Administrator will join this highly respected Jewellers who are the personal Jewellers of Queen Elizabeth II. The team are closely knit with a "family feel", and staff turn over is exceptionally low. With regular training and development, this role will see growth opportunities within the business.
