Job description
This important and exciting new role will primarily be responsible for the day to day talent attraction guidance and support to the senior managers of a large financial services company based across the UK but with a large office in central Manchester.
You will help evolve the business and its continued growth through various activities as the hiring manager business partner whilst engaging with the talent delivery hub. You will also lead on candidate expereince and talent attraction projects such as Assessment Centres, Interview training, job description reviews, competitor analysis and other strategic recruitment related conversations whilst you build great relationships with your stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of internal and external applications through client website (with support from team coordinators)
- Advertise and promote roles using available methods where necessary and alongside the marketing team
- Candidate experience management, feedback, rejection or offer
- Strategic level hiring planning with Managers up to board level
- Support the recruitment Delivery Specialists as required
- Assist the Client Services Director with any talent projects or market research
Role requirements:
- Experience of talent attraction for roles across all levels of seniority including high volume or contact centre positions.
- 3 Years+ in a client facing internal recruitment or account management role
- Experience conducting interviews and assessment centres on site with the client
- Excellent Customer Service skills and appreciation
- Strong communication skills and can build rapport on multiple levels
