Contract Role: Regulatory Delivery Project Manager : FCA Regulatory ActivitiesInside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Delivery Project Manager (Contract) to join the Risk & Compliance team of a large UK insurance group to provide oversight and delivery on regulatory activities across the group — from large-scale regulatory change projects through to functional activities supporting requests from the FCA. You’ll work directly with CEOs, CROs and senior leaders, ensuring cohesive delivery of the regulatory roadmap and providing clear, consolidated reporting at Board and Executive level.
Deliverables
- Lead coordination of executive and Board-level regulatory reporting.
- Oversee delivery of regulatory-focused projects across the business.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure effective accountability and transparency.
- Integrate major regulatory change programmes into wider business reporting.
- Monitor progress against FCA delivery plans, identifying risks and gaps.
- Proven experience in regulatory delivery and transformation, compliance or risk within financial services/insurance.
- Strong track record of executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- In-depth understanding of FCA regulatory requirements
- A proactive, logical and professional approach with strong communication skills.
