Senior Private Client Solicitor Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor seeking a stable, high-quality role within a well-established and supportive firm?A prestigious and long-standing Legal 500-style practice, with offices across Sussex, Kent and London, is looking to appoint a Senior Private Client Solicitor to its Horsham office – the central hub of its Legal Services division. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable, people-focused firm known for delivering exceptional client care and fostering a collaborative, down-to-earth working environment.
The Role You’ll join a well-established and respected Private Client team advising a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and farming families. Working alongside a friendly team of experienced Solicitors and Tax Advisors, you’ll handle a varied caseload across:
- Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Inheritance Tax planning
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Legal Executive, ideally with 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client work
- Solid experience across Wills, Trusts, Probate, LPAs and Inheritance Tax matters
- Confident in client relationship management and able to deliver high-quality, empathetic advice
- Commercially minded with a collaborative approach to team and business development
- STEP qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous
- Willingness to travel occasionally to offices in London and Kent
- Salary up to £70,000 (some flexibility for the right person)
